6. Restaurant Partner Responsibilities

● Menus, prices, and allergens must be

● Restaurants agree to fulfill confirmed
orders promptly.
7. Courier Responsibilities
● Couriers must deliver food in compliance
with hygiene and transport standards.
● Couriers are obliged to respect traffic laws
and ensure safe handling of orders.
● Couriers act either as contractors or
employees under separate agreements.
8. Liability
● The Operator is liable only for the
operation of the platform, not for the
preparation or quality of meals.
● Restaurants bear responsibility for food
safety.
● Couriers bear responsibility for safe and
timely delivery.
● The Operator is not liable for force
majeure events (e.g., strikes, accidents,
extreme weather).
9. Personal Data (GDPR)
● Processing of personal data follows GDPR
and Czech data protection laws.
● Data is collected only for the purpose of
fulfilling orders and improving services.
● Customers may request access,
correction, or deletion of their data at any
time.
10. Complaints and Disputes
● Complaints may be submitted via

● If not resolved amicably, disputes shall be
handled by the competent Czech courts.
● Customers who are consumers may also
resolve disputes through the Česká
obchodní inspekce (ČOI).
11. Final Provisions

● If any provision is found invalid, the rest
remains unaffected.
