1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions regulate the
relationship between:
Čas na Jídlo s.r.o., registered in
[address], ID number [IČO], as the
operator of the platform (the
“Operator”),
Customers who place orders
through the platform,
Partner Restaurants who provide
food and beverages, and
Couriers who deliver the orders.
By using the platform, all parties agree to
these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
The Operator provides an online platform
enabling customers to order meals and
products from partner restaurants.
The Operator is not the producer of meals;
responsibility for food quality and safety
lies with the Partner Restaurant.
Delivery is provided by couriers, either
employed by the Operator or independent
contractors.
3. Orders and Payments
Customers place orders via the platform
(mobile app or website).
Prices are displayed including VAT and all
mandatory fees.
Payment methods: online card payments,
digital wallets, or cash (if available).
An order is binding once confirmed by the
Partner Restaurant.
4. Delivery Conditions
Estimated delivery times are provided for
information only.
In case of delay or inability to deliver, the
customer will be informed promptly.
Risk of damage passes to the customer
upon delivery.
5. Customer Rights and Obligations
Customers must provide accurate delivery
information.
Customers are entitled to cancel an order
within a reasonable time before
preparation begins.
Customers may lodge complaints
regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect
items within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Restaurant Partner Responsibilities
Restaurants must ensure that food meets
hygiene and safety standards (HACCP
compliance).
Menus, prices, and allergens must be
correctly listed and updated.
Restaurants agree to fulfill confirmed
orders promptly.
7. Courier Responsibilities
Couriers must deliver food in compliance
with hygiene and transport standards.
Couriers are obliged to respect traffic laws
and ensure safe handling of orders.
Couriers act either as contractors or
employees under separate agreements.
8. Liability
The Operator is liable only for the
operation of the platform, not for the
preparation or quality of meals.
Restaurants bear responsibility for food
safety.
Couriers bear responsibility for safe and
timely delivery.
The Operator is not liable for force
majeure events (e.g., strikes, accidents,
extreme weather).
9. Personal Data (GDPR)
Processing of personal data follows GDPR
and Czech data protection laws.
Data is collected only for the purpose of
fulfilling orders and improving services.
Customers may request access,
correction, or deletion of their data at any
time.
10. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints may be submitted via

If not resolved amicably, disputes shall be
handled by the competent Czech courts.
Customers who are consumers may also
resolve disputes through the Česká
obchodní inspekce (ČOI).
11. Final Provisions
The Operator may update these Terms
from time to time. Updated Terms will be
published on the website.
If any provision is found invalid, the rest
remains unaffected.
These Terms are governed by Czech law.
